POF is a POS!Scam site unfortunately everyone.I was locked out of my account 3 weeks into a 1 month membership. I couldn't log back in and the 'forg... ot password' feature sent me a link for a different account! So I removed my payment method from googlepay to avoid getting hit with a membership fee renewal at the end of 1 month.But guess what - they still stole the money from my account.I now need to close the account entirely because Plenty Of Fish is a Piece of Sh**! «»

POF is renowned for having lots of fake profiles. There seems to be no real profile checking, so anyone can be anything on POF. There are lots of catf... ish - I'd say about one third of the profiles are fake - both male and female. It is a pretty "free-for-all" dating site - no real assurances and the user is left to block fake scammers - so they just keep going. POF needs to introduce some effective ID checks to prevent scammers from running this site. «»
